Shipping Policy

shippingThe cost of delivering your new furniture anywhere in the continental United States is included in the item price.  Additional costs involved in delivering an order outside of the continental USA will be billed to the customer once those fees are known.  Customs fees, if any, are typically paid by the client at the time of delivery.

Small items will be boxed and shipped via a common carrier such as UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service.  Expedited services, if desired, will be an additional cost.

Our full sized furniture will be sent via a White Glove Delivery service.  Your furniture will be wrapped in blankets and shrink wrapped at our facility.  The movers then deliver the piece to your home, unwrap it, bring it inside and place it where you want it (within reason!).  If minor assembly is needed — such as with a bed frame — the delivery staff will do this for you.  Then they remove all debris so there is nothing for you to clean up.  All you need to do is enjoy your new furniture.

Regardless of what carrier we use for your order, all shipments are fully insured.  Because we pack our shipments carefully damage is rare.  But if yours arrives damaged, let us know by e-mail right away so we can file a claim with the carrier.  They will pay for replacement or repair.  If delivered by common carrier, keep all the original packaging, their agent will want to see it.
